Product Description

Purpose of DC High Voltage Generator:

Suitable for DC withstand voltage and leakage tests of various high-voltage electrical equipment (except inductive loads) in power systems, especially long cables.

The single-phase 50Hz AC power supply is rectified by a single-phase bridge rectifier with bidirectional thyristors to obtain adjustable DC voltage, which is then filtered and enters a converter to produce medium-frequency AC. Through a medium-frequency step-up pulse transformer and voltage multiplier rectification, DC high voltages of 60KV, 120KV, and 200KV are generated. It is equipped with a low-voltage DC negative feedback circuit and a low-voltage DC overcurrent distribution circuit. The ZGF series medium-frequency DC high voltage generator has output voltages of 60KV with current 2mA, 120KV with current 2mA, and 200KV with current 2mA. It also features 0.75UI=1mA voltage and current display functions.
