Connect the input power supply AC380V
Connect the "AC380V power input" to the three-phase four-wire power grid, and connect the ground wire to the earth grid. Never connect the ground wire to the neutral wire or to the casing of other equipment, as this will bring great danger to subsequent testing work. It is well known that when equipment fails or the casing becomes charged, if the operator contacts the live part, it is like being connected to a 380V power grid. If the grounding is poor or not grounded, the protection for the operator will be lost, making the operator as dangerous as being connected to a 380V power grid, which can cause serious injury or even death. Therefore, before use, always check that the ground wire is in good contact and that the connected earth grid is truly connected to the earth. For your safety, please strictly follow the requirements.
Check and confirm the wiring. When connecting the AC380V power supply, first cut off the power, then connect the wires, and then turn on the power. At the same time, pay attention that when wiring, your hands must not touch the metal parts of the wires, as this can cause electric shock. The correct practice is to first cut off the main power supply, ensure that the wires are not live, then reliably connect the wires to the power supply. After connection, personnel should not touch the wires again, and especially not touch uninsulated metal parts.
According to the different types of switchgear, connect the closing, opening, or various devices requiring power in the switchgear to the switchgear power-on test bench with wires. After connection, turn on the main power switch, and also turn on the corresponding AC or DC or current output switch. Adjust the voltage regulator handle, and the output voltage will rise slowly. Stop rising when the desired value is reached, and begin various tests on the switchgear to be shipped.
The fixed output on the rear output board refers to a fixed output voltage. As long as the input voltage remains unchanged, the output voltage will not change.
5 There are three fuses inside the equipment. If after plugging in the main power supply, the voltmeter shows no display or an overload occurs, it may be that the fuses are blown. Simply replace them with the same specifications. However, replacing with larger fuses is very dangerous and can cause equipment damage.
6 After the test is completed, first rotate the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero, then turn off the power switch. After discharge is complete, only then can you start disconnecting the wires.
