Safety operation precautions for variable frequency anti-interference dielectric loss tester:
1. Before use, the grounding terminal of the instrument must be reliably grounded. All personnel must stay away from high voltage before starting measurement.
2. Only when the "Internal High Voltage Allow" key of the instrument is not pressed, it is safe to touch the rear panel of the instrument and the measurement cables and the test object. When the "Internal High Voltage Allow" key is pressed, the buzzer will sound an alarm.
3. While the instrument is measuring, it is strictly forbidden to operate any keys except the "Start/Stop" key. However, the "Start/Stop" key can be used to exit the measurement state.
4. Keep the rear panel of the instrument clean and do not touch it with hands. If there are stains on the rear panel, wipe it clean with a dry cloth to ensure good insulation.
5. When measuring non-grounded test objects (positive connection method), the "Hv" terminal is at high voltage to ground. When measuring grounded test objects (reverse connection method), the "Cx" terminal is at high voltage to ground. The red and blue cables provided with the instrument are high-voltage shielded cables. They can be laid along the ground during use, but the outer shield of the cables must be connected to the dedicated grounding terminal.
6. Do not replace the fuse tube that does not conform to the panel indication value (panel indication value (10A)) by yourself, to prevent the internal transformer from burning out.
