The silicone pad at the sample injection port will lose its contractibility after long-term use, allowing moisture from the atmosphere to enter and affect the measurement. It should be replaced promptly.
II. Silicone replacement for the trace moisture analyzer
When the silicone in the drying chamber changes from blue to light blue, it should be replaced with new silicone. During replacement, be careful not to let silicone powder enter, otherwise it will cause the cathode chamber and anode chamber to be unable to exhaust, and terminate electrolysis.
III. Maintenance of the ground joint of the titration cell
Rotate the ground joint of the titration cell every 7-8 days. If it cannot be rotated easily, apply a thin layer of vacuum grease and reinstall it. Otherwise, prolonged use may make it impossible to disassemble.
IV. Maintenance of electrode plugs and sockets
l. The plugs and sockets of the measuring electrode and cathode chamber electrode are frequently moved, which may cause poor contact. Wipe the metal parts of the plugs and sockets to ensure good contact.
2. After long-term use, the plugs and sockets may become contaminated with dirt, causing poor contact. In this case, wipe the metal parts with ethanol or acetone to ensure good contact.
V. Silicone replacement for the trace moisture analyzer
1. When the silicone in the drying tube changes from blue to light blue, replace it with new silicone.
2. During replacement, be careful not to let silicone powder enter the drying tube, otherwise the following faults may occur.
