Working Principle
For instrument measurement, common methods include the mirror method, gravimetric method, coulometric electrolysis method, capacitance method, etc. The first and second methods have high requirements for environmental conditions, long measurement times, and are afraid of contamination, generally used only for arbitration analysis; the third method consumes a large amount of gas during measurement, is afraid of contamination, has long measurement times, and requires powering on and drying the equipment a day in advance, with poor repeatability. The fourth method is currently the most widely used due to its advantages of short measurement time, low gas consumption, and resistance to contamination.
2. Measurement of H2 humidity by the instrument
Common measurement methods include the ventilated wet and dry bulb method and coulometric electrolysis method. The first method is greatly affected by ambient temperature and humidity, resulting in higher readings; the second method, in addition to the aforementioned disadvantages, is also afraid of contamination.
Based on the above reasons, we have innovated by absorbing the advanced technology and experience of domestic and foreign humidity instrument manufacturers, and developed a micro-moisture measuring instrument with a domestic leading level. It has the advantages of convenient use, short measurement time, high measurement accuracy, wide measurement range, and easy maintenance. Due to the adoption of advanced microcontroller technology, the tester achieves automatic conversion between units such as dew point, PPmV, micro-moisture at an ambient temperature of 20°C, and absolute humidity, without the need for manual table lookup and conversion. The circuit part of the instrument is advanced and reliable. To meet the needs of field operations, the instrument uses both AC and DC power, and the built-in battery can work continuously for more than 20 hours, broadening the scope of use and greatly facilitating users.
