1. Before powering on, the operator should be familiar with the operating instructions and strictly follow the instrument's power-on and power-off procedures.

2. Do not place the probe gun on the ground. The probe hole must not accumulate dust and must not be dropped or damaged to avoid affecting the instrument's performance.

3. The probe gun and the chassis must not be disassembled to avoid affecting the normal operation of the instrument. The calibration grid is the standard.

4. The instrument probe has been adjusted and must not be tampered with. Whether the instrument is normal is determined by the self-calibration grid.

5. Pay attention to the maintenance of the vacuum pump and whether the solenoid valve operates normally and maintains sealing, as the normal operation of the vacuum pump and solenoid valve will affect the use of the instrument.

6. When changing the oil of the vacuum pump, the instrument must not be powered to avoid electric shock.

7. During transportation, the instrument must not be placed upside down and must not be subjected to severe vibration.

For instrument measurement, common methods include mirror method, gravimetric method, coulometric electrolysis method, capacitance method, etc. The first and second methods have high requirements on environmental conditions, long measurement time, and are afraid of contamination, so they are generally only used for arbitration analysis; the third method consumes a large amount of gas during measurement, is afraid of contamination, and has a long measurement time. When using the equipment, it needs to be powered on and ventilated for drying one day in advance, and the repeatability is poor. The fourth method is currently the most widely used because it has the advantages of short measurement time, low gas consumption, and resistance to contamination.

2. Measurement of H2 humidity by the instrument

    Common measurement methods include the ventilated wet and dry bulb method and the coulometric electrolysis method. The first method is greatly affected by ambient temperature and humidity, and the measured value is high; the second method, in addition to the aforementioned disadvantages, is also afraid of contamination.
