Product Introduction
The transistor characteristic curve tracer uses an oscilloscope tube to display various characteristic curves of semiconductor devices. This instrument has two-cluster curve display and bidirectional collector sweep function, which can compare and analyze the characteristics of the tested semiconductor devices, facilitating the pairing of transistors. It is equipped with a5kV high-voltage device. This instrument is suitable for testing various semiconductor transistors, diodes, field-effect transistors, thyristors, Zener diodes, and three-terminal voltage regulators.
