| Single-Phase Relay Protection Tester |
Working Principle
The device is equipped with a built-in 6-digit digital stopwatch, which can be started internally or externally. When started internally, press the "Output Control" switch to start the stopwatch, and stop it by short-circuiting the stop terminals on the panel. The stopwatch has a separate power switch and can be turned off when not in use.
Audible and Visual Indication
The circuit device has a built-in audible and visual indication circuit. When the contacts of the relay under test operate, the contacts can be connected to the audible and visual indication jacks on the test box, which will emit an alarm sound or light up to indicate the contact operation status.
Auxiliary Circuit
Single-Phase Relay Protection Tester The auxiliary circuit is similar to the main circuit. The AC220V power supply enters the dual-carbon brush voltage regulator T1 through a fuse, and the voltage adjusted by the small knob is then regulated by the isolation transformer T4 to directly output 0-20V or 0-250V AC voltage or 0-350V DC voltage. The rated current of this circuit is 1A.
Press the "Output Control" switch of the auxiliary circuit and adjust the small knob to output.
Measurement Circuit
The main circuit output adjusted by the large knob includes AC "0-250V", "0-500mA", "0-10A", "0-100A", and DC "0-350V", "0-500mA", "0-10A", which are switched by relays on the internal circuit board. Each time a gear is switched, the corresponding output can be monitored.
Among them, the "0-500mA" gear is included in the "0-10A" gear. When in use, the "0-500mA" monitoring is available at the two positions of "0-10A".
Product Overview
Single-Phase Relay Protection Tester is an intelligent testing instrument. Previous relay protection test tools mainly consisted of voltage regulators and phase shifters, which were bulky and had low accuracy, and could no longer meet the calibration requirements of modern microcomputer relay protection. With the continuous development of science and technology, microcomputer relay protection has been widely used in line protection, main transformer differential protection, excitation control, and other fields. Substation automation has become the mainstream. The portable design is suitable for field use.
The tester simplifies operation while increasing functionality, allowing various common relays to be calibrated with a compact panel layout for easy operation.
