1.1 Main Technical Features
Comprehensive functions, meeting the testing requirements for various CTs (such as protection, metering, TP types) including excitation characteristics (i.e., volt-ampere characteristics), ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary burden, ratio error, and phase error, and also applicable for testing the excitation characteristics, ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, and ratio error of various PT electromagnetic units.
On-site calibration of current transformers does not require standard current transformers, current boosters, load boxes, voltage regulation control boxes, or high-current cables. It uses extremely simple test wiring and operation to achieve current transformer calibration, greatly reducing work intensity and improving work efficiency, facilitating on-site calibration of current transformers.
Can accurately measure ratio error and phase error, with maximum allowable error of ratio error ±0.05% and phase error ±2 minutes, capable of measuring 0.2S class current transformers, with a ratio measurement range of 1 to 40000.
Based on advanced frequency conversion method to test CT/PT volt-ampere characteristic curves and 10% error curves, outputting only up to 180V AC voltage and 12Arms (36A peak) AC current, yet capable of handling CT tests with knee points up to 60KV.
Automatically provides knee point voltage/current, 10% (5%) error curves, accuracy limit factor (ALF), instrument security factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), remanence coefficient (Kr), saturated and unsaturated inductance, and other CT and PT parameters.
Testing meets various transformer standards such as GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6), GB1207, and automatically selects the appropriate standard for testing based on transformer type and class.
Testing is simple and convenient, with one-click completion of CT DC resistance, excitation, ratio, and polarity tests. Except for burden test, all other CT tests use the same wiring method.
Full Chinese dynamic graphical interface, no need to refer to the manual to complete wiring and parameter settings: dynamically displays parameter settings, automatically showing relevant parameters based on the currently selected test item; dynamically displays wiring diagrams for help, showing the corresponding wiring diagram according to the currently selected test item.
5.7-inch graphic transflective LCD, clearly visible under sunlight.
Operated with a rotary optical mouse, simple, fast, and easy to master.
Built-in printer on the panel, can automatically print generated test reports.
