Comprehensive Introduction:
I.LYJZ-3000Generator Rotor Speed TesterProduct Overview
Inter-turn short circuit in the generator rotor winding is a common fault in power systems. When such a fault occurs, the rotor current increases, the winding temperature rises, limiting the generator's output, and in severe cases, it can affect the normal operation of the generator. Inter-turn short circuits are usually detected by measuring the AC impedance and power loss of the generator rotor winding. The traditional measurement method involves using multiple test instruments and meters, assembling them on-site before measurement. This method of building a measurement system with many test instruments has disadvantages such as bulky equipment, time-consuming and labor-intensive procedures, cumbersome data organization, and low measurement accuracy.
With the continuous development of digital signal processing technology, new microprocessors and algorithms are constantly emerging. Based on this, we have developed a Generator Rotor AC Impedance Tester based on the Digital Signal Processor (DSP). This instrument uses a digital signal processing system as the hardware platform, fully leveraging the computational capabilities of the DSP, greatly improving the calculation speed and accuracy of the instrument, thus providing a guarantee for the normal operation of the power system.
