The heat repair machine mainly consists of a bracket, electrical system, hydraulic system, and instrument control panel. The hydraulic system mainly consists of a hydraulic cylinder, piston, valve, and pressure lever, completing the mold lifting and pressing to ensure the pressure required for the heating and bonding process; the bracket is the main structural component of the heat repair machine, composed of welded steel sections, and is equipped with a traveling mechanism, tool box, and counterweight iron, forming a complete unified machine platform, convenient for movement during work. The electrical heating system is assembled separately, controlled uniformly, and equipped with constant temperature, timing, light, and electric bell alarm devices, forming good adjustment and control performance.
3.Installation and Wiring:
1. Take out the counterweight iron rod, insert it into the two holes on the top of the heat repair machine, tighten the nuts, and then install the counterweight iron.
2. Insert the nickel-chromium constantan thermocouple into the temperature measurement hole on the top of the heat repair machine, and then tighten the iron clamp.
3. Open the back cover, connect the power supply, and remove the "short circuit" connecting wire on the terminal board of the temperature indicating adjustment instrument.

5.Instructions for Use:
1. Use a screwdriver to adjust the mechanical zero point of the temperature indicating instrument to the ambient temperature scale, and adjust the constant temperature indicator needle to the temperature scale required for the adhesive tape.
2. Adjust the timer switch. The timer switch has "ON" for on, "OFF" for off, and time scales. If timing is not needed, turn the switch knob to the "ON" position. If timing is needed, turn the switch knob clockwise to the desired position, and then back off to the selected time scale.
3. If the electric bell alarm is needed, turn the knob to the on position; if not needed, turn it to the off position.
4. Turn on the power switch, the electrical heating system starts to heat up, and the green light is on at this time; when the temperature rises to the required temperature, the instrument relay disconnects, thereby cutting off the power supply of the heating system through the AC contactor, and then the timer switch also disconnects.
