The trace moisture analyzer mainly consists of three parts: the main unit, the electrolytic cell, and the magnetic stirrer. The main unit and the magnetic stirrer are mounted on the same base. When in use, place the electrolytic cell in the holder of the magnetic stirrer, as shown in the main unit structure diagram.
1. LED digital display, showing the moisture content of the tested sample, unit: microgram of water.
2. END endpoint indicator light
3. DET measurement potential display, the moisture content in the sample can be shown by the potential.
4. TITR electrolysis display, when the moisture in the sample is completely electrolyzed, the electrolysis reaches the endpoint, at which time the endpoint indicator light turns on, the buzzer emits intermittent sounds, and the number displayed on the digital display is the moisture content in the sample.
5. Start button, press this key once before injecting each sample, the red indicator light next to the key will flash once, and the display will reset to zero.
6. Electrolysis switch, controls the on/off of the electrolysis current (when on, the red indicator light next to the key is on)
7. Stirring switch, controls the on/off of the stirrer (when on, the red indicator light next to the key is on)
