Selection of High-Power Relays

Selection of High-Power Relays:

    1. First understand the necessary conditions:

    ①The power supply voltage of the control circuit and the current it can provide;

    ②The voltage and current in the controlled circuit; The self-flow precision current transformer is used as a calibration standard for current transformer testing in the error test of transformers.

    ③How many groups and what type of contacts are needed for the controlled circuit. When selecting a high-power relay, the power supply voltage of the control circuit can generally be used as the basis for selection. The control circuit should be able to provide sufficient working current to the high-power relay, otherwise the relay's engagement will be unstable.

 2. After consulting relevant materials to determine the usage conditions, you can search for relevant information to find the model and specification number of the required high-power relay. If you already have a high-power relay on hand, you can check against the data to see if it can be used. Consider whether the size is appropriate.

 3. Pay attention to the volume of the appliance. If it is for general electrical appliances, in addition to considering the chassis volume, small high-power relays mainly consider the circuit board layout. For small electrical appliances, such as toys and remote control devices, ultra-miniature high-power relay products should be selected.
