The LCD display interface mainly consists of nine screens, including the main menu and eight sub-function interfaces, which are described in detail below.
1. Main Menu Interface
The main menu is shown in Figure 3:

Figure 3, Main Menu
After power-on, the main menu is displayed, as shown in Figure 3. The main menu has eight function options, including: Parameter Setting, Three-Phase Turns Ratio, Three-Phase Turns Number Ratio, Single-Phase Transformer, Z-Type Transformer, Main Transformer Parallel Operation, Historical Data, and System Calibration. Use the ↑, ↓, ←, → keys to select. The selected item is displayed in reverse video (in the figure, the selected item is "Parameter Setting"). Press the Enter key to enter the corresponding function interface. The top line of the screen displays status parameters, including program version number, date and time, etc. The bottom line of the screen is a prompt bar, providing simple operation prompts for the user to facilitate correct operation. It also displays the voltage amplitude and remaining power of the internal battery, so that operators can observe the battery status at any time and charge it promptly when it is low.
2. Parameter Setting Screen of Transformer Turns Ratio Tester
When the 'Parameter Setting' function is selected, the parameter setting screen is entered first, as shown in Figure 4.
On the parameter setting screen, the items to be set include: Test Sample Number, Rated Turns Ratio, Total Number of Taps, Equal Tap Step, Set Date, Set Time, etc. The bottom line of the display is a prompt line, telling the operator how to operate. On the interface of Figure 4, press the up and down keys to move the cursor, press [OK] to change the color of the selected parameter item, press the number keys to input the required parameter, then press [OK] to make the setting effective, and the color of the selected parameter item returns to normal. After setting, press [Exit] to return. The meaning and function of each parameter are as follows:
1. Test Sample Number: Refers to the number of the transformer under test, up to 6 digits can be entered.
2. Rated Turns Ratio: Refers to the voltage ratio between the high-voltage side and low-voltage side of the rated tap of the transformer under test.
3. Total Number of Taps: Refers to the total number of tap positions of the transformer tap changer.
4. Equal Tap Step: The voltage percentage adjusted per tap of the transformer.
5. Set Date: Set the current date.
6. Set Time: Set the current time.

3. Three-Phase Turns Ratio Test of Transformer Turns Ratio Tester

Figure 5, Three-Phase Turns Ratio Test Wiring Prompt Screen
Before performing the three-phase turns ratio test, parameter setting should be done first. Press the [Setting] key or select the "Parameter Setting" item and press [Enter] to enter the parameter setting screen for parameter setting. After setting the parameters, press [Exit] to return to the main interface, select the "Three-Phase Turns Ratio" test option and press [Enter] to enter the wiring prompt screen (as shown in Figure 5). The screen provides a detailed wiring diagram, and operators can wire according to the diagram.
After wiring is completed, press [Enter] to start the automatic test. The test automatically counts and stops counting after 55 times. After the test is completed, the test result screen is displayed. The prompt line and test result screen are shown in Figure 6.

Figure 6, Three-Phase Turns Ratio Test Result Screen
After the test is completed, the results are displayed on the LCD screen. In Figure 6, it can be seen that the left side of the screen displays the test data results, including: three-phase high-voltage side voltage values, three-phase low-voltage side voltage values, phase angle values between high and low voltage of three phases (the above three items are data during the test process), the current tap turns ratio value of each phase, the measured rated turns ratio value of three phases, the percentage error of three-phase turns ratio, the determined connection group, the number of test counts, and the test status. The right side displays the set parameters and the vector diagram of the connection group. It can be seen in the figure that the current group is 0 o'clock, so the high-voltage side vector diagram (outer large triangle) and the low-voltage side vector diagram (inner small triangle) coincide in angle and direction. After the test is completed, press [Store] to save the test results, and [F4] to print. Press [Exit] to return, and [OK] to retest.
