The trace moisture analyzer mainly consists of three parts: the main unit, the electrolytic cell, and the magnetic stirrer. The main unit and the magnetic stirrer are mounted on the same base. When in use, place the electrolytic cell in the holder of the magnetic stirrer, as shown in the structural outline diagram of the main unit.
1. LED digital display, showing the moisture content of the tested sample, in units of: micrograms of water.
2. END endpoint indicator light
3. DET measurement potential display; the moisture content in the sample can be indicated by the potential.
4. TITR electrolysis display; when all moisture in the sample has been electrolyzed, electrolysis reaches the endpoint. At this time, the endpoint indicator light turns on, the buzzer emits intermittent sounds, and the number displayed on the digital display is the moisture content in the sample.
5. Start button; press this button before injecting each sample. When pressed, the red indicator light next to the button flashes once, and the display resets to zero.
6. Electrolysis switch; controls the on/off of the electrolysis current (when on, the red indicator light next to the key is lit)
7. Stirring switch; controls the on/off of the stirrer (when on, the red indicator light next to the key is lit)
