| Multifunctional Inductive Load DC Resistance Tester |
Product Introduction:
Multifunctional Inductive Load DC Resistance Tester, with a high-speed microcontroller as the core, adopts high-speed A/D converter and programmable current source technology, achieving excellent measurement results and highly automated measurement functions. It features high precision, stable data, good repeatability, strong anti-interference capability, complete protection functions, and fast charge/discharge speed. This instrument is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry, making it a new generation product for on-site testing of transformer DC resistance.
Main Functions and Features:
1. Adopts a 16-bit A/D converter, providing stable measurement data and good repeatability.
2. The automatic programmable current source can automatically detect the optimal measurement current, or manually switch to the required current level for testing.
3. Can automatically print test results.
4. Full Chinese LCD display with high clarity and easy operation.
Main Technical Specifications:
1. Resistance measurement range: 1mΩ~100Ω, resolution 1μΩ;
2. Accuracy of resistance, voltage, and current measurement: 0.2%±2 digits;
3. Current source output range: 0.1A~10A; can be set arbitrarily.
4. Maximum output power of current source: 100W;
5. Working current: AC, 220V±10%;
6. Working environment: ambient temperature: -10~40℃; humidity: ≤85% without condensation; altitude not exceeding 1500m, used in an environment without harmful dust and gases.
7. Dimensions: 340×220×130 mm;
8. Weight: 6kg.
Precautions:
1. Before switching the tap changer of an unloaded voltage-regulating transformer, be sure to reset. Only after discharge is complete and the alarm sound stops, can you switch the tap position.
2. Before disconnecting wires, always wait until discharge is complete and the alarm sound stops before proceeding with disconnection.
3. When selecting the current for the Multifunctional Inductive Load DC Resistance Tester, refer to the range in the technical specifications column. Do not exceed the range or use below the range. When exceeding the range, since the current cannot reach the preset value, the instrument will remain in the "charging" state. When below the range, it will display "current too small". When these two states occur, confirm the range and select an appropriate current for testing.
4. When using the magnetic assist method, pay attention to the range. Because the high-voltage coil has two parallel and one series, adding 1.5 times the high-voltage coil resistance to the entire test loop, this must be taken into account when selecting the range. If the range is exceeded, the output current may not reach the set value or may be unstable.
5. When disconnecting the three wires of the magnetic assist method after discharge is complete, there may be residual current. Sparks may occur during disconnection, which is normal.
