Product Overview:
It is composed according to the test methods and circuits specified in the national standards GB1094.3-85 "Power Transformers Part 3: Insulation Levels and Insulation Tests" and GB6495-86 "Dry-type Power Transformers". The generator set provides a frequency-multiplied AC power supply, which is filtered by the frequency-multiplied generator power isolation filter to remove high-frequency interference signals from the power line and harmonic signals from the generator set, then applied to the low-voltage side of the transformer. The high-voltage side induces the test high voltage for partial discharge testing. This system is suitable for induction withstand voltage and partial discharge testing of distribution and power transformers. The background noise of the system is not greater than 5pc, and the partial discharge signal is clear, making it an ideal device for transformer induction withstand voltage and partial discharge testing.
It features motor Y-△ starting, overcurrent protection, zero-position start, and full digital display of power supply, excitation power supply, and intermediate frequency output power. It is the low-voltage control, measurement, and protection system of the frequency-multiplied generator set complete device. This control console serves as the central control unit, and through control operations, it can generate an adjustable power supply of 40-800V at 125Hz, 150Hz, and 200Hz from the generator set.
