Zinc oxide arrester tester debugging and troubleshooting:
1. Zero adjustment of the instrument meter
After a period of use, the instrument may need adjustment. The adjustment method is: start the instrument, the light is on (do not connect the test sample at this time), press and hold the test button, adjust the corresponding potentiometer on the panel until the meter readings are "zero ± 1 digit". Adjust the zero for voltage and current separately.
2. Error adjustment of the zinc oxide arrester tester
After a period of use, if errors are found, adjustments can be made. After connecting the test sample, if the U1mA value is determined, assume it is 27.0kV, press and hold the test button, check whether the voltage meter reading equals the reference voltage U1mA (27.0kV) of the tester. If not, adjust the reference potentiometer on the left side of the voltage meter head. After adjustment, release the test button.
Product Introduction:
The zinc oxide arrester tester is used for measuring and analyzing the leakage current of zinc oxide arresters (MOA). It can automatically measure the test voltage at 1mA and the leakage current at 0.75 times that voltage, thereby determining the degree of moisture and aging of the zinc oxide arrester. It is suitable for testing zinc oxide arresters at 10kV and below.
The measurement circuit of the zinc oxide arrester tester includes one output high-voltage line and a circuit for collecting leakage current signals. The current signal is sampled by the leakage current dissipated on the test sample when the output high voltage is applied. It has a built-in 0-30kV numerical control high-voltage power supply, which can operate in either constant voltage or constant current mode.
