SH-350 Continuous Steel Bar Marking Machine Usage:
1. Printing at 10mm intervals: When in use, place the specimen material into the (specimen seat) slot, and adjust the nut seat according to the length of the specimen material. Adjust the specimen seat according to the length of the specimen and the diameter of the circular material. Loosen the fixing screw on the specimen seat to move the specimen seat forward or backward. According to the material requirements, align the center of the diameter, then use your left hand to pull the handle downward until the marking point contacts the specimen material, and tighten it slightly. Use your right hand to turn the handle (clockwise) one full turn (for harder surface materials such as section steel and rebar, turn three to four turns).
2. Printing at 5mm intervals: First print at 10mm intervals, then use your left hand to gently push (or pull) the screw rod handle to shift the specimen by 5mm, and print once more. After printing, remove the specimen and it is done.
