Product Application

As we all know, the activation instrument is a battery maintenance and repair device. After testing and selecting the lagging batteries, there is an important thing we need to do: restore the capacity of as many lagging batteries as possible. That is why the activation instrument comes into play. Generally, in communication units, most battery failures are caused by plate crystallization leading to capacity decline (chemical faults are more common, while physical faults are rare, so the activation instrument still has a certain maintenance effect). The activation instrument is used to charge and discharge the battery with high current to melt the crystals and activate the chemical substances inside. Generally, after activation, the capacity can be restored to more than 90% of its rated capacity. However, it is worth noting that not all lagging batteries can be activated. The activation instrument can only adapt to some of the lagging causes in chemical faults, and it cannot repair physical faults, such as plate short circuits.

Product Functions

Charge/discharge, activation and curve indication functions

The intelligent battery activation instrument has three main functions: charging, discharging, activation and corresponding curve indication. The curve is displayed immediately after each operation. The right side of the screen displays the charge (discharge) curve, and the left side displays charge (discharge) and activation parameters, including: voltage (current) prompt, battery number, battery internal resistance, discharge (charge) current, cut-off voltage, horizontal axis time scale, vertical axis voltage (current) scale, and total discharge execution time.

Curve playback function

During charge (discharge) and activation operations, pressing the [Return] key can interrupt the charge (discharge) and activation process at any time. Only after effective charge (discharge) or activation can the data collected during the charge (discharge) execution process be saved. When there is saved data, select the serial number of the existing playback curve to obtain the curve to be played back. Press the left and right keys to switch different serial numbers to obtain different playback curve waveforms.

Data management function

Allows users to manage the measured and controlled data of batteries, including data upload and curve playback.

System upgrade

Allows users to perform online upgrades and updates of the host operating system, updated through U disk, easy and quick
