Overview:
Three-Phase Microcomputer Relay Protection Calibration Instrument is a new type of miniaturized microcomputer relay protection tester, realized by summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of similar products at home and abroad, extensively listening to user opinions, and fully applying modern microelectronics and power electronics technology. It adopts internationally popular DSP and switching amplifier technology, and its standalone operation capability is already very powerful. Combined with PC software, it can be connected to a computer for operation, adding more functions. Its volume and weight are only half of traditional testers, and its advanced design concept has brought this tester to an international advanced level.

Main Features:
Three-Phase Microcomputer Relay Protection Calibration Instrument has an intelligent host, which uses DSP chip control and 16-bit DAC output, capable of generating high-density sine waves with 2000 points per cycle for the fundamental wave, representing the highest level among domestic testers. This greatly improves waveform quality and enhances the accuracy of the tester.
Standalone operation: The device is operated via a rotary mouse through a large LCD screen, with full Chinese display. It can calibrate various relays, protections, and automatic safety devices on site, and can simulate various large and complex transient, permanent, and converting faults for whole-set tests.
Connected to a computer: Through a full Chinese operating software on the Windows98 platform, it can perform various large and complex calibration tasks with higher automation, conveniently test and scan various protection settings, store test data in real-time, display vector diagrams, plot fault waveforms, and print reports online.
The LCD display uses a 320×240 dot matrix graphic module, with all operation interfaces in Chinese, providing intuitive and clear display.
"Foolproof" operation: Adopts advanced "rotary mouse" controller, eliminating complex keyboard operations. No computer knowledge is required to operate, making it simple and easy to learn.
The whole machine uses switching power supply and switching amplifier technology, small size, light weight, only 11.6 kg.
Modular design: All plug-ins are completely independent; hardware maintenance and upgrades can be achieved by simply replacing plug-ins.
Flexible configuration: Can be configured as 6-phase current, 5-phase voltage + 2-phase current, etc.
Users can calibrate the accuracy of the tester through software.
Can replay fault recording data in Comtrade format.
Designed with power factor correction circuit according to international standards, making the device efficiency as high as over 95%.
