Features and Characteristics

1. Automatic testing: Simply set test parameters such as current step, and it automatically collects the volt-ampere characteristic data of the transformer and automatically plots the excitation characteristic curve; automatically tests and calculates the CT ratio.

2. Uses "one-key flywheel" (rotary mouse) technology for more convenient operation.

3. Built-in adjustable voltage (current) source with ample power: Only a single 220V power input is needed. The built-in segmented adjustable voltage source can select different output voltages for transformers with different test voltages, providing finer voltage adjustment, eliminating current jumps, and improving measurement accuracy; the built-in booster has a maximum output voltage of up to 1250V (SB-HG806A type 2000V, SB-HG806B type 2500V), the built-in adjustable current source can output up to 800A, and the external current booster has a maximum output current of up to 2000A.

4. User-friendly interface: Uses an imported all-weather large-screen graphic LCD, clearly visible in various strong or weak light environments, with a full Chinese menu interface, cursor prompts for operation, real-time display of test data and curves, and automatic scaling of curve coordinates for clearer reading.

5. Advanced data processing: Built-in super-large capacity memory, can store 6400 sets of test data; can be uploaded to a PC via RS232 or USB interface. Using the random software developed by our company, it can automatically generate editable typical test reports, and can calculate, analyze, and compare 5% and 10% error curves for 1A and 5A CTs, facilitating technical management and archiving.

6. Uses intelligent fuzzy control voltage regulation: Automatically identifies non-test segments and quickly returns to zero; significantly shortens test time and improves work efficiency.

7. Comes with a built-in micro high-speed printer, which can print CT volt-ampere characteristic test reports, excitation characteristic curves, and CT ratio test reports in real time.

8. Polarity discrimination adopts the DC method recommended by regulations, with audible and visual indication of the discrimination result, which is reliable and intuitive.

9. Complete protection functions: This machine has comprehensive overcurrent and overvoltage protection functions, and can automatically adjust the overcurrent and overvoltage protection values based on the test parameter settings to ensure the safety of the tested equipment.
