Transformer Characteristic Tester is a comprehensive transformer testing instrument that integrates functions such as volt-ampere characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, error curve, angle difference and ratio difference, calculation of knee point, and secondary side loop inspection. The transformer tester supports the detection of steady-state and transient parameters of CT and PT (protection, measurement, and TP classes), and can simultaneously meet the requirements of laboratory and field testing.
Product Features:
1. The instrument is safe and convenient to operate. It is a fully microcomputerized device with a built-in high-performance imported CPU, ensuring high reliability. After setting test parameters according to the interface prompts, the instrument automatically completes the test without manual contact with the tested equipment, keeping test personnel away from high-voltage circuits and ensuring their personal safety.
2. Large output capacity: The maximum output voltage for volt-ampere characteristic tests is up to 1000V, and the maximum output current for transformation ratio tests is up to 600A. The built-in voltage regulator has an output capacity of 5KVA.
3. Optional accessories include external voltage booster, external current booster, and external voltage regulator. The external voltage booster can increase the voltage up to 2000V/3A, the external current booster can increase the current up to 1000A, and the external voltage regulator can output up to 1500V/20A. When using the external voltage booster, volt-ampere characteristic tests can be performed on current transformers up to 500KV class with 1A current.
4. Large 320*240 dot-matrix Chinese character graphical interface. After testing, the volt-ampere characteristic curve can be displayed directly. The graphics are clear, beautiful, and easy to analyze. A built-in micro printer allows printing of curves and test results at any time.
5. The XSL8007 Transformer Comprehensive Characteristic Tester uses a rotary mouse as the input device, making operation convenient and simple, with a long service life.
6. The instrument has a built-in Flash memory. Data is not lost after power-off. After field testing, test results can be viewed and printed indoors.
7. The instrument is equipped with an RS232 communication interface, allowing connection to a computer via a serial cable for PC and instrument communication. Test personnel can control the instrument through the computer to conduct tests or upload test data from the instrument. The PC application provided with the instrument is powerful, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to operate. It enables saving and printing of test results and allows exporting test data to EXCEL format for editing.
8. The instrument power supply supports adaptive AC220V and AC380V input.
◆Common Fault Maintenance
1. After turning on the power switch, the LCD shows nothing.
Solution: Check whether the power input line is properly connected.
2. No voltage or current output during volt-ampere characteristic test.
Solution: Check whether the voltage regulator switch (overcurrent protection) is turned on.
3. Voltage but no current during volt-ampere characteristic test.
Solution: Check whether the test loop wires are properly connected.
4. No current output during transformation ratio test.
Solution: Check whether the primary test wires are properly connected.
5. The voltage regulator switch trips during startup test.
Solution: Check whether the grounding point of the transformer is disconnected.
◆LCD Contrast Adjustment
1. When the LCD display is too dark or too bright, adjust it using the potentiometer (terminal 4) on the panel.
◆Replacing Printer Paper
1. First, disconnect the power supply, open the printer panel, pinch both ends of the telescopic paper shaft, remove the paper roll shaft from the printer, slide the new paper roll onto the paper shaft, pinch both ends of the paper shaft, place it back in its original position, and release. The paper shaft will snap into the paper shaft holder. Ensure the paper shaft is securely installed.
2. Cut the leading edge of the new paper roll into a triangular shape with scissors. Turn on the power, press the paper feed button for 3 seconds, and the print head will rotate. At this point, push the paper roll with the cut leading edge into the paper inlet at the bottom of the print head. The paper will be fed into the print head. After a section of paper emerges from the paper outlet, turn off the power, then thread the leading edge of the paper through the paper outlet on the front cover, and close the printer panel.
