Performance features 1. This instrument automatically selects the output current (maximum output can be 20A).
2. Wide measurement range (0Ω-50Ω), can measure inductive DC resistance of transformers, mutual inductors, etc.
3. The display uses a 480*272 dot matrix 65K color large screen, with clear and readable data display.
4. This instrument has functions such as perpetual calendar, 100 sets of data storage, automatic temperature conversion, etc., and data is not lost when powered off. This machine is also equipped with a printer to output and print test data, and a "USB drive" interface for easy data export for review and editing.
5. This instrument is equipped with an RS485 communication interface, which works with the host computer control software to achieve remote control measurement.
6. This instrument has a three-phase simultaneous measurement function to handle star-connected windings with one-time wiring to complete three-phase DC resistance measurement, automatically calculate the three-phase unbalance rate, greatly saving measurement time and improving work efficiency. It can also use the phase-by-phase testing function for transformers connected in YN or D (Y) modes, performing phase-by-phase tests and automatically calculating the three-phase unbalance rate after completion.
This instrument also has an automatic magnetic assist function. For testing transformer windings with five-limb iron core and low-voltage delta connection, it uses the method of series excitation of high and low voltage sides. The instrument automatically connects the magnetic assist circuit of the windings internally, enabling fast and accurate testing of the DC resistance of the low-voltage windings.
7. This machine has audible discharge alarm, clear discharge indication, reducing misoperation.
8. This machine has input misconnection AC380V power supply protection alarm and protection function, reducing damage to the instrument caused by misoperation. This machine also has comprehensive back-EMF protection with strong arc resistance.
