JX-SCM Stray Current Detector

I. Functional Requirements: The stray current detector is a safe and economical detection method for assessing the electrical interference of stray current on buried pipelines. By continuously recording the changes in pipe-to-soil potential and earth potential gradient caused by stray current over a long period, it determines the inflow and outflow points of stray current and evaluates the harmful mode and location of interference. It is particularly effective in detecting the dynamic interference on surrounding pipelines caused by current leakage from DC power supply systems in urban rail transit. It can conveniently and quickly locate the source of stray current interference on pipelines. The data recording function can continuously record for 48 hours, and through the national professional stray current Chinese analysis software, it provides authoritative evaluation result reports, making it more intuitive to analyze and judge the impact and changes of stray current.

III. Stray Current Detector Controller Software:

   Requirements: Used in conjunction with the stray current detector equipment. Through this software, the device can be set, collected waveforms can be observed, and collected data can be viewed. The controller can transmit data with the detection device via Bluetooth. Through the SCM-Logger controller software, functions such as detection device management, setting collection parameters, test collection, formal collection, and device file management can be realized.

IV. Stray Current Detection and Data Analysis Software:

   Requirements: Compatible with imported SCM equipment data processing and analysis. Combined with GPS satellite antenna, it can realize simultaneous detection and evaluation of multiple devices on site, reducing interference errors in detection by multiple devices. The instrument has a full Chinese operation interface for easy setting, and the SC-DView data analysis software provides a Chinese interface for user convenience. It can view the pipe current information provided by SCM smart sensors (signal browser). It establishes detection time periods and cycles, providing a time axis basis for detection analysis. In addition to analyzing single data, the data analysis software can also perform similarity analysis, attenuation analysis, and protection effect analysis of multiple data. It can realize simultaneous analysis and processing of at least 16 groups of data. By analyzing the similarity of stray current data, it ultimately derives the variation pattern and interference intensity coefficient of stray current, providing preliminary preparation and data support for drainage work.
