Main Features:
Three-phase microcomputer relay protection calibrator Intelligent host, using DSP chip control, 16-bit DAC output, can generate a high-density sine wave of 2000 points per cycle for the fundamental wave, which is the highest level among domestic test sets. This greatly improves the waveform quality and enhances the accuracy of the test set.
Stand-alone operation: The device is operated via a rotary mouse through a large LCD screen, with full Chinese display. It can calibrate various relays, protection and safety automatic devices on site, and can simulate various large and complex transient, permanent, and conversion faults for complete group testing.
Connected to a computer: Through a full Chinese operating software on the Windows98 platform, it can perform various large and complex calibration tasks with a higher degree of automation. It can conveniently test and scan various protection settings, store test data in real-time, display vector diagrams, plot fault waveforms, and print reports online.
The LCD display uses a 320×240 dot matrix graphic module, and the operation interface is displayed in Chinese, which is intuitive and clear.
“Foolproof” operation: Adopting an advanced “rotary mouse” controller, it eliminates complex keyboard operations. No computer knowledge is required to operate, making it simple and easy to learn.
The whole unit uses switching power supply and switching amplifier technology, small size, light weight, only 11.6 kg.
Modular design: All plug-ins are completely independent. Hardware maintenance and upgrades can be achieved by simply replacing plug-ins.
Flexible configuration: For example, it can be configured as 6-phase current, 5-phase voltage + 2-phase current, etc.
Users can calibrate the accuracy of the test set through software.
It can replay fault recording data in Comtrade format.
Designed with a power factor correction circuit according to international standards, making the device efficiency as high as 95%.
