Partial Discharge Tester System Engineering Principle:
If the test object Ca generates partial discharge under the test voltage, pulse current is produced through the coupling capacitor Ck. The pulse signal is picked up by the input unit, amplified by a low-noise preamplifier, filtered by a band-pass filter to select the required frequency band, and then amplified by the main amplifier. The discharge pulse is displayed on the elliptical scanning baseline of the oscilloscope screen, and simultaneously sent to the pulse peak meter (logarithmic meter) to display its peak value. The time window unit controls the working time of the pulse peak meter within each cycle of the test voltage, and during this period, the display on the screen is brightened. The width and position can be adjusted, further enhancing the anti-interference capability.
