Principle and Installation Analysis of Multifunctional Liquid Phase Rust Tester

Multifunctional Liquid Phase Rust Tester Principle and Installation Analysis
  The multifunctional liquid phase rust tester is applicable to GB/T standards. It can determine the corrosion ability of water molecules in oil samples such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and turbine oil to metals, and can also be used for other rust tests. It adopts a new type of AVR microcontroller as the core microprocessor, with fast running speed and strong anti-interference ability. The LCD Chinese menu provides Chinese character prompts for operation and does not lose data when power is off. Four groups of stirring can be stirred simultaneously or in groups. The bath box adopts a stainless steel inner liner, which is sturdy and durable, and is equipped with a special polishing machine.

  The multifunctional liquid phase rust tester has functions such as temperature control, timing, and alarm when time is up, and adopts a stainless steel bath body. Under the conditions specified by the national standard GB/T, the instrument mixes 300mL of sample with 30mL of distilled water or synthetic seawater, and immerses the cylindrical test steel rod completely in it, stirring at 60°C. The test period is usually 24 hours, but it can be longer or shorter according to the requirements of both parties in the contract. After the test period ends, observe the rust traces and degree of rust on the test steel rod, and the test ends.

  Installation of the multifunctional liquid phase rust tester:

  Location requirements:

  1. The instrument should be placed on a flat, clean, and dust-free table;

  2. The placement position of the instrument should be free of large vibrations;

  3. The position where the instrument is placed should be away from harmful gases or places where liquids may drip;

  4. Ensure that the path of the power cord does not come into contact with high-temperature or friction objects.

  Installation and startup of the instrument:

  1. Open the instrument packaging and check whether the shell of the instrument is damaged;

  2. Place the instrument steadily on the experimental table, insert the power cord into the three-core socket of the instrument with AC 220V, and the instrument must be well grounded;

  3. After everything is ready, turn on the power switch at the back of the instrument to start it.
