Working principle of kinematic viscosity tester:
Newtonian liquid means that the ratio of shear stress to shear rate is a constant, and the shear stress and shear rate are independent of viscosity.
This instrument is based on the MCS-51 series microcontroller. After setting a constant temperature point, the instrument automatically heats, maintains constant temperature, and starts the stirring motor. When the temperature is constant, the test can be carried out according to the method specified in GB/T265-88 standard.
Precautions for kinematic viscosity tester:
1. The instrument shell should be in good contact with the ground to ensure safety.
2. Do not start the instrument when there is no constant temperature liquid in the constant temperature bath or the heater cannot be fully immersed in the constant temperature liquid, otherwise the heater will be damaged.
3. When replacing fuses or other parts, unplug the power plug.
4. Non-maintenance personnel of this factory are not allowed to disassemble the instrument at will.
5. After using the instrument, cut off the power supply in time.
