Vacuum Oil Filter
Vacuum oil filter can quickly remove gas, trace moisture and mechanical impurities from oil, thereby improving the insulation performance of the oil, making the filtered oil meet or approach the usage standard of new oil. It is an essential product for power industry and industrial and mining enterprises to treat oil used in electrical equipment such as ≤110KV transformers, mutual inductors, and switches.
Vacuum oil filter is widely used in power plants, power stations, power companies, substation industry, railways, petrochemical, metallurgy and other fields. It can also be used for purification treatment of various low-viscosity lubricating oils, restoring and improving the withstand voltage strength and other performance of electrical insulating oil. It can treat unqualified oil without stopping production, changing filter paper, replacing new oil, power outage, and with transformer running under voltage. It also has the functions of drying moisture in electrical equipment and vacuum oil injection for electrical equipment.
If the vacuum oil filter has too many impurities and the filter element is clogged, the vacuum oil filter can filter water and impurities. The function of filtering impurities is achieved through strong magnetic adsorption and filter element interception. Strong magnetism mainly adsorbs iron-containing metals, while other impurities are mainly intercepted by the filter element. Once too many impurities are intercepted and the filter element is clogged, on one hand, it shows excessive pressure, and on the other hand, the oil filtration becomes slow. In severe cases, the filter screen is directly damaged. If the heater is damaged, the viscosity of the oil increases, the fluidity becomes poor, and the oil filtration also becomes slow. Generally, the heating system of a vacuum oil filter has two functions: heating the oil to increase fluidity and increasing oil temperature to achieve vacuum evaporation.
The filter element should be cleaned regularly. If it is a plate and frame oil filter, the filter paper should be replaced. After the filter element or filter paper is used for a period of time, it will intercept a certain amount of impurities, which will block the pores of the filter element. If not removed, it will slow down the flow rate of the oil during filtration, reduce the working efficiency of the oil filter, and the filtration effect will also deteriorate. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean and replace the filter element and filter paper. When cleaning the filter element of the oil filter, special attention should be paid to the stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is a vulnerable part. During cleaning, it is easy to damage or deform if not careful. If the stainless steel wire mesh is damaged or deformed, it should be replaced in time to ensure the filtration effect is not affected.
