The SF6 Intelligent Micro Water Measurement Instrument incorporates a high-precision humidity sensor with chemical substance removal options, enabling accurate and stable measurements in environments with high concentrations of chemicals and cleaning agents, thus ensuring accurate measurements between calibration intervals. As a dedicated instrument for precision humidity detection of gases, it is suitable for precise and rapid detection of gas humidity in SF6 switches in substations, as well as hydrogen humidity in hydrogen production stations and hydrogen-cooled generator units. It can also be used for humidity detection of special gases in metallurgy, chemical fiber, petrochemical and other industries.
