The ZGY-20A DC Resistance Tester is a mandatory test item for transformer manufacturing in semi-finished and finished product factory tests, installation, overhaul, after changing tap changers, handover tests, and preventive tests in power departments. It can check the welding quality of winding joints and whether there are inter-turn short circuits in windings, detect whether the contact of each position of the voltage tap changer is good and whether the actual position of the tap changer matches the indicated position, whether the lead wires are broken, and whether multi-strand parallel wound wires have broken strands. To meet the needs of rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed the YTC316-5 DC Resistance Tester.
This instrument adopts new power supply technology and has the characteristics of small size, light weight, large output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference ability, and complete protection functions.
