Gas Purification Methods of Electric Tar Precipitator

After gasification, the crude gas contains many impurities, such as tar, dust, moisture, sulfur, etc. These impurities have a serious impact on the quality of products when gas is pressurized for transportation and used as fuel or raw material. Therefore, gas purification is of great importance.

Gas purification uses purification products to remove impurities from the gas, thereby improving the cleanliness of the gas and making it meet standards.

There are three categories of gas purification methods: rough purification, semi-fine purification, and fine purification.

Rough purification: uses vertical pipes, horizontal pipes, and washing towers as primary cooling and dust removal equipment. The dust removal efficiency is about 70% to 80%, the tar removal efficiency is about 20% to 30%, and the dust concentration is 1 to 10 grams per cubic meter.

Semi-fine purification: uses a cyclone dust collector, which can purify large particles in the gas. After treatment, the dust concentration in the gas is 0.1 to 1 gram per cubic meter.

Fine purification uses an electric tar precipitator, and after treatment, the dust concentration in the gas is 10 to 30 milligrams per cubic meter.

The above are several gas purification methods introduced by Hebei Electric Tar Precipitator Xiaobian. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. The above content is for reference only.
