1. Set up the test site according to relevant regulations, connect the equipment properly, and if conditions permit, have a dedicated safety officer present for guidance. 2. Connect the power cord, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator will light up. If not at zero position, the system will automatically return to zero until the zero position indicator lights up. 3. Press the "Test" button once, the main contactor will engage, the automatic voltage regulator will be energized, and the power-on signal light will illuminate. At this point, the system will automatically perform a voltage withstand test until the set value is reached. 4. When the voltage rises to the set value, the timer will start automatically. Once the specified withstand time for the test object is reached, the system will alarm and automatically reduce the voltage, returning the regulator to zero position. The zero position indicator will light up, indicating that the test object has passed the withstand voltage test. 5. During the test, if the current indication exceeds the specified range for the test object, press the "Test" button once, and the system will automatically reduce the voltage and cut off the power. After identifying the cause, the test can be resumed. 6. During the voltage increase or withstand test, if overcurrent occurs due to short circuit, flashover, breakdown, etc., the current relay will activate and automatically cut off the power to the regulator, indicating that the test object is unqualified. At this point, the regulator will automatically return to zero and cut off the power for the next operation.
Usage Conditions:
Ambient temperature: 0--40℃ Altitude: <1000M Relative humidity: <85% The test site should be free of gases, vapors, chemical dust, and other explosive and corrosive media that could seriously affect insulation.
