Matching Usage Method of Insulating Boots Withstand Voltage Device

  1. Before use, first fill the water resistor with water (the water resistor is empty when leaving the factory; do not fill it too full, just submerge the electrode). Install the filled water resistor on the mobile bracket, then insert both ends of the electrode rod support into the insulating support rod and the water resistor.

      2. Fill the water tank with water (two-thirds of the entire tank), fill the test object with water, and make the water level inside and outside the insulating boots (gloves) the same height. There should be a 90mm portion exposed above the water surface, and ensure that the exposed part of the insulating boots (gloves) is dry and clean. Then place the high-voltage electrode inside the insulating boots (gloves) and clamp the

     3. Connect the grounding terminal on the insulating boots (gloves) test cart to the ground grid, and also connect the grounding terminal on the control box panel of the insulating boots (gloves) to the ground grid, and connect it to the ground grid at the same grounding point as the test cart's grounding terminal.

     4. Check whether the main power supply is consistent with the input power supply (~ 220V 50Hz), and use the two cables provided with the control box to connect the control box to the test bench.
