5 Acceptance
1) The instrument must undergo unpacking inspection and on-site acceptance testing.
2) Unpacking inspection items are as follows:
a. The instrument configuration meets the technical contract requirements, with no missing accessories, and the instruction manual and factory inspection report are complete.
b. The instrument is free from damage, manufacturing defects, and moisture.
c. The instrument powers on and operates normally.
3) On-site acceptance is conducted according to the following requirements:
The instrument shall be used for actual measurement of the test object according to the on-site measurement requirements specified in the tender document. It must meet the requirements, and the test report shall be prepared in accordance with the technical agreement.
6 Quality Assurance
Except for damage to the instrument and its accessories caused by human factors during on-site use, the quality guarantee period of the instrument is 3 years. During this period, any defects caused by manufacturing reasons shall be eliminated free of charge by the manufacturer. After the quality guarantee period, if defects occur, the manufacturer shall promptly cooperate with the user to eliminate them.
