How to Use the Touchscreen High-Current Generator Intelligent System:
Note: This intelligent control system adopts intelligent priority, with both manual and automatic control modes. When in "Automatic" mode, all operations except the emergency stop button are invalid. When in "Manual" mode, all operations except the stop button on the screen are invalid.
1. Automatic test of the touchscreen high-current generator:
(1) Connect the wires according to the relevant regulations, close the power supply, and enter the main interface, as shown:

(2) Click on "System Settings" on the touchscreen high-current generator to enter the administrator password, as shown:

(3) Click on the dialog box and enter 8888, as shown:

(4) Click "OK" to enter the parameter setting interface, as shown:

(5) Set the corresponding parameters according to the test object, then click "OK":

(6) Click "Yes" to return to the main interface, click "Start Test" to enter the test interface:

(Note: The setting area is for parameters set by the user based on the test object's level, and the display area shows the data detected during the current test.)
(7) Click "Start", the contactor closes, and current begins to rise, as shown:

(Note: During the voltage increase process, if you want to stop, click the "Pause" button; click it again to continue.)
(8) When the current rises to the target current, timing begins. After the specified time is reached, the system automatically returns to zero, and the test ends;

(If the test object is qualified, the device will emit a beeping sound; if not, it will emit a long sound.)
(9) Click "Yes" on the touchscreen high-current generator to save the test data. Click "Data View" on the main page to enter the data saving page:

2. Manual test of the touchscreen high-current generator: Note: Manual parameter settings and protection are the same as automatic. Click "Start Test" on the main interface, and only after entering the test interface can the manual test be performed.
(1) Close the power supply, press the "Start" button, the contactor closes, press the "Current Rise" button, and monitor the current change until it rises to the set value. At this time, the system will automatically time. After the specified time is reached, the voltage regulator automatically returns to zero, and the device emits a beeping sound, indicating that the test object is qualified.
(2) The manual timing button can be enabled at any current level.
