1. The panel of the low-frequency signal generator can be roughly divided into three main parts: the output control section, the frequency adjustment section, and the voltage output and contact connection section.
1. Output control section:
As shown in the figure below: the upper part is the voltage display, the lower left side is the output switch and output indicator light, and the right side is the voltage amplitude adjustment knob.

2. Frequency adjustment section:
As shown in the figure below: the upper part is the frequency display, the lower part is the frequency adjustment, divided into coarse and fine adjustment knobs. There is a contact indicator light in the middle, which lights up when the contact connected to the contact socket is closed.

3. Voltage output and contact connection section:
As shown in the figure below: the output part includes the voltage output socket on the left and the contact socket on the right. When the contact connected to the contact socket is closed, the contact indicator light lights up.

2. Usage of the ultra-low frequency signal generator
1. Preparation before use:
Turn on the power switch, connect the voltage output to the load under test, and connect the load's normally open contact to the contact socket on the panel. Then adjust the coarse and fine frequency adjustment knobs and the voltage amplitude adjustment knob to set the output frequency and amplitude to the desired values. Since the output switch is not turned on, there is no voltage output from the output socket at this time.
Note: The load contact connected should be a non-energized normally open contact. Do not connect energized contacts to the device to avoid damaging the instrument.
2. Operation:
After checking that the wiring is correct, turn on the output switch, and the output indicator light will light up. Adjust the output knob to the rated voltage value of the relay under test. The voltage is applied to the load. By slowly adjusting the coarse and fine adjustment knobs of the frequency control section, the output frequency can be changed. When the load's normally open contact operates, the current frequency display value will be latched, the displayed value will flash three times, and the buzzer will sound to indicate that the contact has operated. After the displayed value is latched and flashes three times, it will resume display. When the relay operates again, the above state will be repeated. After the test is completed, press the output switch button again to turn off the output.
