High-voltage test transformers are the foundation of the industry's development.

High-voltage test transformers, also known as test transformers. The ultra-light test transformer is a power testing instrument that has been verified and approved by the national power department in accordance with the "National Standard for Test Transformers" and the industry standard "JB/T9641-1999".

As the main unit of high-voltage testing equipment, the high-voltage test transformer, combined with control systems, voltage regulators, and protective devices, is mainly applicable for insulation strength and leakage tests under power frequency or DC high voltage on various electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research departments. It is used to assess the insulation level of the test object, and can also detect local defects in the test object early and measure its ability to withstand internal and external overvoltages.

High-voltage test transformers adopt the fifth-generation IPM dedicated modules, with four sets of data displayed simultaneously on the same screen: voltage, current, protection current, and time setting. They use fully digital voltage boosting, abandoning the traditional voltage regulator boosting method. Current, voltage, and protection current can be set directly with buttons, which is convenient and fast. A single button can easily switch between AC and DC voltage display modes. The high-voltage test transformer has a safe grounding protection function that automatically detects whether the ground wire is securely connected, and has audible and visual alarm functions, effectively ensuring personal safety.

High-voltage test transformers have fully computer-controlled timing, with stop conditions that can be set arbitrarily, and a settable time range from 1 second to 100 minutes. They are small in size and light in weight, being dozens of times lighter than traditional equipment of the same capacity. The high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer pagoda-shaped trapezoidal structure, while the low-voltage winding is cylindrical. The shielding is grounded together with the iron core. The bottom of the oil tank of the high-voltage test transformer is equipped with movable casters (no casters for those below 5kVA), allowing it to be moved freely on the ground, which is convenient for laboratory and field operations. It is an indoor device, with the iron core made of cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, structured as a core type, placed horizontally, with the low-voltage winding, measuring winding, shielding, and high-voltage winding concentrically mounted on the core column.
