BD-II Continuous Steel Bar Marking Machine (Shanghai Steel Bar Marking Machine / Dotting Machine) supplierTechnical Requirements:
Each rock of the handle produces 30 or 40 marks.
The distance between marks is 10mm, with an error not exceeding ±0.15mm. The total length is 300mm or 400mm for marking. Made of ball bearing round steel, hardness not less than RC55.
Usage Method:
When in use, place the sample material into the (sample seat) slot, adjust the nut seat according to the length of the sample material, adjust the length and the diameter of round materials by adjusting the sample seat. Loosen the fixing screw on the sample seat to move it forward or backward. According to the material requirements, align the center of the diameter, then use your left hand to rock the handle downward until the marking point contacts the sample material, and slightly tighten it. Use your right hand to rotate the handle (clockwise) one full turn to complete the marking.
Our factory stocks wearing parts, such as marking drills, (roller frames, rollers), and springs, which can be purchased at any time by mail. If any machine part is damaged due to non-compliance with technical requirements or quality issues, our factory will provide free repair or replacement.
Performance Features:
1. Keep the two columns and punch parts well lubricated to ensure smooth and flexible operation.
2. Do not damage the punch tip to avoid losing accuracy, which could render the equipment unusable.
Working Principle:
This equipment uses a micro motor as power, which drives a high-precision ball screw through a synchronous belt, thereby driving the punch to move horizontally. Each full (or half) rotation of the screw moves the impact needle 10mm (or 5mm), while a sensor collects a signal, which then drives a high-frequency electromagnet to drive the impact needle for marking. With continuous motor operation, it can continuously mark 60 points (5mm) or 30 points (10mm). This transmission and striking method does not require uniform screw rotation speed; even if the speed is uneven, the accuracy of the gauge length is ensured.
