QT2/QT-2 Transistor Characteristic Tracer
The QT-2 Transistor Characteristic Tracer can measure the low-frequency DC parameters of semiconductor diodes and transistors as needed, with a maximum collector current of up to 50A, basically meeting the testing needs of semiconductor tubes below 500W. This unit is also equipped with a high-voltage test device, which can perform breakdown voltage and reverse leakage current tests on semiconductor tubes below 3kV (5kV), with the highest test current sensitivity reaching 0.5μA/div. The base step signal provided by this unit also has a pulse step output, thus expanding the measurement range and enabling the measurement of secondary breakdown characteristics.
